The India contact database contains 122,141,000 records across business, consumer and mobile-only segments. The database includes 40 million business records, 80 million consumer records and 2 million mobile-only records, with the segments kept separate so buyers can choose the type of contact data they actually need.

A India consumer email list. Held separately, governed differently, and not included in any count on this page.
Three different things get called a “India email list”, and conflating them wastes money. This page covers the first only, and routes you to the dataset that matches your targeting. It sells nothing directly.
The database contains 11 available fields. Field completeness varies by record, so the published fill rate is shown where it has been established rather than presenting every field as universally available.

The database is structured around business contact information rather than a collection of unsupported consumer fields. LinkedIn URLs may be supplied as a field where available; LinkedIn is not presented as a source of the underlying database.
The India contact database is divided into distinct datasets rather than treating every Indian contact as the same type of record.

The verification pipeline classifies addresses into four states:
A standard Indian order contains Valid records. Accept-all and Role records can be supplied as separately labelled segments where requested, allowing buyers to make their own decision about whether and how heavily to use those records.
The database is re-run through the verification pipeline before delivery. Unsubscribe requests, complaint addresses, erasure requests and known-litigator entries are maintained on a global suppression file and screened from future builds. Buyers can also submit their own suppression file for exclusion before delivery.
The latest full UK verification date should be displayed from the internal verification log before publication.
The India contact database is built from three main sourcing streams: permission-based collection, publicly available business sources and licensed data partnerships.
Each record carries a source tag identifying the origin stream. This makes the provenance of the data easier to understand instead of presenting the entire database as if every record came from one source.
Public information is not automatically the same as marketing permission. Buyers should therefore consider both the source of a record and the legal basis required for their intended use.
Email addresses pass through a multi-stage verification process before delivery. The verification workflow checks whether an address can receive mail and assigns a delivery status rather than treating every address as equally reliable.
The verification process includes syntax and domain checks, mailbox-level validation and additional quality controls before dispatch.
Records can be classified as:
Accept-all and role addresses should not be presented as identical to individually validated addresses. Standard delivery should contain the records specified by the selected product and verification tier.
Verification is presented as a grade, not simply as a large accuracy percentage.
This gives buyers a clearer picture of the file. A valid address, an accept-all domain and a role-based mailbox have different implications for outreach and deliverability.
The database can also be re-verified before dispatch so that the delivered file reflects the verification run closest to the delivery date.
This structure makes it possible to request geographic segments based on actual governorate coverage rather than listing cities that are not separate database fields.
The selected records are delivered as spreadsheet files after the applicable verification process has been completed.
Buyers can select the segmentation requirements before the file is prepared. This allows the delivered database to match the intended audience rather than sending an unnecessarily broad file.
If a buyer supplies an existing suppression file, those contacts can be excluded from the build where supported by the order process.
Contact information changes over time. People change jobs, companies update domains, businesses close and email addresses become inactive.
For that reason, freshness is treated separately from the original source of a record. Records can be checked again before dispatch so that buyers receive a file that has gone through the current verification process.
The exact refresh schedule depends on the product and the available data stream.
India’s contact data is subject to India’s applicable data-protection and commercial-communication rules.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) is the central data-protection instrument addressed by the legal asset for Indian residents. Buyers should not assume that GDPR or CAN-SPAM is the governing Indian law simply because they are familiar international frameworks.
For phone-based commercial communication, TRAI’s applicable commercial-communication rules also need to be considered.
See the dedicated Buying Email and Phone Data in India: What the Law Actually Says page for the detailed legal discussion.
The final price should be stated once the product pricing has been reconciled internally.
The published page should not use countdown timers, fake stock counters, struck-through anchor prices or multiple conflicting prices for the same product.
The selected package should clearly state:

The India contact database is the parent entity. Individual products serve more specific audiences.
The main child datasets are:
Keeping these entities separate makes it easier to understand what each product contains and prevents business, consumer and mobile data from being presented as one identical dataset.
Telephone and SMS are governed separately from email and require screening against the TPS and CTPS registers before you dial. TPS and CTPS screening
Our catalogue databases are verified up to 85%. When a campaign can’t carry that, we build the slice you need to 99% verified — re-checked against live mail servers before we hand it over. Tell us the country, industry and volume; we quote and turn it around by hand.

Building an opt-in audience remains useful when a business has the time and channels to develop its own contacts.
A purchased database can serve a different purpose, such as market research, audience discovery, account identification or entering a market where an organisation does not yet have an established contact base.
The two approaches are not identical. An owned opt-in audience provides a direct relationship with subscribers, while purchased data should be handled according to its source, intended use and applicable legal requirements.
Six checks. Run all six on us as readily as on anyone else; two of them are places where our own answer is a limitation rather than a feature.
01
Three named streams, with a source tag on every record. A vendor who cannot answer this cannot help you defend the purchase later.
02
Ask for the date, not the adjective. Ours sits on every row and the file is re-run on dispatch.
03
One hundred, free, in the paid columns. A curated demo file is not the same thing.
04
Any figure of 100% is a warning sign. Ours is up to 85% standard, 99% on request, arranged before you order.
05
Ours: no. This is a file, sold once. If you need live search or a refresh feed, buy a subscription instead — a real limitation, not a positioning choice.
06
Ours: hard bounces above 5% within seven days and the file is replaced or refunded. Spam placement and reply rate are not covered.
If you need company records rather than named contacts, Companies House publishes the India register free, in bulk, with no licence fee. It has no email addresses and no job titles — that gap is what you are paying us for. If a register download answers your question, use it and keep your money.

The current inventory specified in the build document contains 122,141,000 India contact records. This total includes 40 million business records, 80 million consumer records and 2 million mobile-only records. The segments are separated because they contain different types of contact information and serve different use cases.
No. The overall India contact database contains both business and consumer segments. The B2B segment contains 40 million business records, while the consumer segment contains 80 million consumer records. The mobile-only segment contains 2 million phone records without attached email addresses.
The India B2B contact database contains 40 million business records with email and mobile information. The segment can be organised using available business attributes such as job role, industry, location and company information. The dedicated B2B page provides the detailed composition rather than duplicating every table on the main hub.
Email addresses pass through a multi-stage verification process before delivery. Records are classified according to verification results, including Valid, Accept-all, Role and Invalid. The process is described in terms of checks and delivery grades rather than relying only on an unsupported accuracy percentage.
Yes. Business data can be segmented using available fields such as role, industry, location and company characteristics. Consumer and mobile data are handled as separate product entities. The available filters depend on the specific database selected.
Buying a database and using personal data are separate questions. India’s DPDP Act and applicable commercial-communication rules need to be considered when processing or contacting Indian data subjects. The legal basis for a particular campaign depends on the intended processing and communication method.
GDPR is not the governing Indian data-protection law simply because the records are digital or the buyer is familiar with GDPR. Indian residents are addressed by India’s own data-protection framework. A buyer may also have obligations under another jurisdiction depending on its location and activities.
A buyer must assess the applicable legal basis, communication rules and the requirements of its email provider before sending campaigns. Purchasing a contact record does not by itself establish permission for every possible marketing use.
Running outbound for several clients at once, needing a file per client rather than seats per staff member.
