The right question is whether your processing is. We document the source of every record, maintain permanent suppression and honour erasure requests. Your lawful basis for contacting a person depends on your message and market, and only you can establish it.
Can I get the source of a specific record?
Yes. Every record carries a source tag; query a row and we will tell you which of the three streams it came from.
Do you have a DPA?
Ask at [email protected] and we will discuss what your situation needs. For a licensing arrangement, data-protection terms are part of the agreement.
