customer reviews

4.7 out of 5, across 7,769 reviews. Read the bad ones.

A five-star average with no criticism in it is not evidence, it is curation. We would rather point you at the complaints, because the pattern in them tells you far more about what buying from us is actually like than any testimonial we could reprint here.

what the criticism says

The four complaints that come up most, and our answer to each.

These are the recurring themes in the lower-rated reviews. None of them is a surprise to us, and three of the four are avoidable by the buyer taking one step before ordering.

01

"Some addresses bounced"

Standard files are up to 85% verified — that is the published figure, not 100%, and a share of any file will bounce. If your bounce log clears 5% inside seven days the file is refunded. If your domain cannot absorb 15%, ask for the 99% build before you order.

answered

02

"The niche I wanted was thin"

Fair, and usually preventable. A country total is not a segment total. Ask for the filtered count for your exact country, industry, role and company size before you pay — we will tell you when the answer is too small to be worth buying.

ask first

03

"I expected a platform, not a file"

We sell a file, once, for $99. There is no dashboard, no API and no seat-based access. That is the whole commercial model and the reason the price is what it is. If you need a live platform, a subscription tool is the right purchase and we will say so.

by design

04

"Support was on WhatsApp"

It is, and it is staffed 24/7. Some buyers find that faster than a ticket queue and some find it unprofessional. Email works too, at [email protected], if you would rather have a thread you can forward.

both work

where to read them

Look at the pattern, not the average.

The useful signal in a review page is repetition. One reviewer complaining about stale data is noise; fifteen of them describing the same gap is a fact about the product. Read for that.
Sort by lowest first
Start with the one and two-star reviews. If the complaints are all about things you do not care about, the average is meaningless anyway.
Look for repeated specifics
Named markets, named fields, named response times. Repetition is data; adjectives are not.
Reviews with no detail
Five stars and “great service” tells you nothing, and so does one star and “scam”. Both are unfalsifiable.
Test it yourself anyway
The 100-row sample settles in ten minutes what a week of reading reviews cannot. Reviews are other people’s experience; a sample is yours.
a note on testimonials

We are not going to print selected quotes on our own page.

A testimonial chosen and formatted by the seller is the weakest form of evidence on the internet, and reprinting one here would sit badly next to everything else on this site. The reviews are on independent platforms where we cannot edit them. If you have bought from us and want to be featured as a named case study, tell us — with your numbers, including the ones that did not go well.

questions

Questions about reviews

Where are the reviews hosted?
On independent review platforms rather than on this site, so they are outside our control. That is the point of citing them.
Because a file sold at $99 to thousands of buyers with different expectations will not please everyone. A 4.7 with visible criticism is more informative than a 5.0 without any.
No. A paid review is worth nothing to a buyer trying to judge the product, which makes it worth nothing to us either.
Ask. Some buyers agree to a reference call; most do not, because they are using the data for outreach they would rather not discuss. We will not pretend otherwise.
the rest of the shelf

Fifteen resource pages, none of them gated.

Trust is what we can show you about the data. Proof is what happens when you test it. Guides are what to do with it once it is yours.
