company size & revenue

Company size and annual revenue, on the row.

Fields 04 and 05. Most vendors treat firmographics as an enterprise tier; here they ship in every file at $99. Size is an employee band, revenue is a revenue band, and both are populated where a source or registry publishes them — empty where none does, never modelled to fill the cell.

what is in the column

Bands, not invented precision.

A revenue figure to the dollar for a fifteen-person company is a modelled guess wearing a suit. We publish the band the source supports and leave the cell empty when it supports nothing.
Company size
The employee band — 1–10, 11–50, 51–200, 201–500, 501–1K, 1K–5K, 5K+. Denser than revenue, because more sources publish headcount than turnover.
Annual revenue
The revenue band where a registry or source publishes one. Expect it to be denser in large-company rows and sparse across owner-operator ones — that is the shape of the underlying data, not a gap we can fill.
A support ticket
On most platforms, filtering by size or revenue means a higher tier or a scoping call. Here it is two columns you sort in your spreadsheet.
Rank your ICP for you
Bands tell you rough scale. They do not tell you budget, growth or buying intent, and we would rather say so than sell a filter as a signal.
context

Where the business rows sit by vertical.

Size and revenue are populated across all of these verticals, at different densities — heavier in manufacturing and finance, thinner in trades and small services. Cut the file by industry first, then by band.

the trade-off

These two columns are the least densely populated of the eleven.

Saying so up front is the point of this page. Size is filled on the majority of rows; revenue is not, because most companies do not publish turnover anywhere we can verify. If a filled revenue column is a hard requirement, ask for the count in your markets before ordering — we will give you the real number rather than the flattering one.

questions

Questions about firmographics

Can I filter by size or revenue before I buy?
Yes — tell us the band and we will scope the file to it, give you the count and send 100 rows. The price does not change.
Because narrower bands would be fiction. A band we can support beats a number we cannot.
Not as a standard field. Where a source publishes an exact headcount it informs the band; we do not ship the raw figure as though it were current.
Bands are normalised to USD for comparability across countries. Say if you need local currency and we will note it on delivery.
