Business Directory Data
Company listings in bulk, one row per business
Name, address, main phone, website, category, size and revenue band for every business in a country, region or industry. The company layer of our catalogue, without the person attached. Built to fill a directory, size a market or map a territory. Delivered as a file.
Six rows from a Manchester directory cut
An example of the shape, not real companies. Each row is one business. An empty cell means we do not hold that value. We leave it blank rather than guess.

The business records we build listings from
Business records by region and by industry, read live from the catalogue. These count records, not companies. One company can hold many contact records, so a directory file is always smaller than the number here.

Five checks a company row passes before it ships
Domain resolves
The website is live. Dead domains usually mean a closed business.
One row per company
Duplicates and branches are merged under the domain that owns them.
Address is standardised
Formatted to the local postal standard so it maps and mails cleanly.
Category is mapped
Every row gets one of our twelve industry classes and a SIC or NAICS code.
Opt-outs are removed
Businesses that asked to be removed are screened out before delivery.
the dedupe key
One domain, one row.
Branches and trading names are folded under the company that owns the website, so the same business never appears twice. Ask if you need branch-level rows instead.

Showing listings on a public directory or reselling them is a different use. Agree terms before you publish.
Four steps, and the company count comes first
- 01 - any time
Name the market
Country, region or city, plus industry and size band. Tell us if you will publish it.
- 02 - within hours
Get the company count
The number of companies that match, in writing. Not records, companies.
- 03 - before paying
Check 100 listings
From your exact cut, in the same columns as the full file.
- 04 - on payment
Pay and download
$99 once for internal use. A licence is quoted separately for publishing.
About business directory data
What is business directory data?
A list of companies, one row each, with name, address, main phone, website, industry, size and revenue band. It describes the business, not a person in it.
Can I publish the listings on my website?
Not under the standard licence. Republishing needs a separate agreement. See data licensing.
How current is it?
The catalogue is checked monthly on the 9th, 11th or 13th, and again the day your file ships.
How is it different from your email lists?
Email lists hold named people with verified work emails. Directory data holds companies. You can add contacts to a directory file if you need both.
Do you include SIC or NAICS codes?
Yes. Every row carries one of our twelve industry classes plus a standard code.
Can I cut it by city or postcode?
Yes. City, region and postcode are all filters, so local and territory cuts are straightforward.
How many companies do you have?
It depends on the market. We count companies per cut and send the number in writing before you pay.
Can I get branches as separate rows?
Ask. The default is one row per company domain, with branches merged.
- check it first
Name the market. We send the company count and 100 listings.
Country or city, industry and size band. Tell us if you plan to publish, so we quote the right licence.
