So here it is, in plain terms: send the file, log the hard bounces, and if they exceed 5% within seven days of delivery we refund the file in full. A refund claim is a data problem, so we handle it with data. Send the evidence your ESP already produced and we do the rest.

Send the file

Warm up the domain, keep volume sensible, and send. Our terms assume you did the basics — a 10,000-row blast from a cold domain is a deliverability problem, not a data problem.

Log the hard bounces

Export the bounce log from your ESP. Hard bounces only: mailbox does not exist, domain does not exist. Soft bounces, full inboxes and spam placement are not part of the threshold.

Send it to us within 7 days

Above 5% and you choose: the file refunded in full, or replacement records for the bounced rows. We do not make you take the credit.

Questions about refunds

How is the 5% measured?
Hard bounces as a share of the rows you actually sent, from your ESP’s own log. If you sent 4,000 of a 20,000-row file, the threshold applies to the 4,000.
Because addresses decay. After a week of your own sending, list age and sending behaviour start to explain the bounces as much as our data does, and neither of us can separate the two honestly.
Say so. Replacement records for the bounced rows are available instead of a refund, and most buyers prefer that.
