Eleven columns. Not twenty-eight.

Every file we sell — country, industry, role or format — ships in the same eleven-field frame, so files merge cleanly and you always know what you are getting. Where we do not hold a value, the cell is empty. We do not pad a column to make a file look richer than it is.

why eleven

Fewer columns, all of them real.

Long field lists are a sales device. A 28-column file usually means seventeen columns you will never sort on, half of them inferred. We index far more internally for list building — what ships is what we can stand behind on the row.

01

Completeness is scored, not faked

Records are graded on how many usable fields they carry, and thin records are not padded out to fill a targeted list.

compilation

02

Fields are normalised across sources

Casing, encoding and field mapping are made consistent, so country, industry and job-title values are comparable across the whole catalogue.

03

Extra attributes exist, on request

Company size and role seniority are indexed internally for segmentation. If you need one of them on the row, ask before you order.

on request

the columns, one by one

What each column holds.

Populated means the column is filled on effectively every row of a business file. Where held means it is filled when the source carried it and left empty when it did not.

01

full name

The individual, as recorded at the company. Not a department, not a mailbox alias.

populated

02

job title

The title on the record, normalised into eleven role values for filtering.

populated

03

company

The employer, matched to a domain so you can look it up before you write.

populated

04

email

The work address, and the field the whole verification pipeline exists to protect.

populated

05

phone

Filled where the source held a number. Never a switchboard number used as a stand-in.

where held

06

industry

The registry classification, checked against the company website. Ten named verticals plus other.

populated

07

website

The company domain. Useful for enrichment and for excluding your own customers.

where held

08

city

The location on the record, for regional targeting inside a country.

where held

09

state / region

The first-level administrative region, so a large country can be worked market by market.

where held

10

country

Always present. It is how the catalogue is organised.

populated

11

verified date

The date this address last passed the pipeline — not the date we first found the record.

the exception

One file uses the eleven slots differently.

The phone database — the records we describe as leads without email — has no email column, because those records never carried one. Email, company and website give way to gender, age and a full postal address. Everything else is identical, so the two still merge.

questions

Questions about the fields

Can I get more than 11 fields?
Sometimes. Company size and role seniority are indexed internally, and licensed partner records carry additional firmographics. Ask before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic for your markets.
Because we did not hold the value. Filling it with a pattern guess is how bounce rates reach 30% and how a file stops being checkable.
CSV and XLSX, one file per order, with the same column order in both.
They are detected and segmented separately, not mixed into a standard order. Ask if you want them.
