This is arithmetic, not salesmanship. Pushing a list to 99% means dropping every record that cannot be confirmed to that standard, accept-all domains especially. You get fewer rows, and the ones left behave better.

Accept-all and marginal domains

A domain that accepts mail to any address cannot be individually confirmed. It survives an 85% build as a labelled segment; a 99% build removes it.

What accuracy means, and what it cannot mean

Most disappointment with purchased data comes from a claim doing work it was never able to do. Verification measures whether an address is reachable. It says nothing about whether the person answers, converts, or is the right buyer.

Accept-all and Role records exist and are available on request, clearly labelled. We would rather sell you a labelled segment you can decide about than fold them silently into a headline count.

Role	on request	A generic mailbox such as info@ or sales@. Not a named decision maker, and segmented separately for that reason.
Invalid	NO	Failed a removal check. Deleted from the build rather than resold at a discount.

The refund threshold is the accuracy claim with teeth.

Any vendor can print a percentage. Ours comes with a consequence: export your ESP’s hard-bounce log, and if hard bounces exceed 5% of what you sent within seven days of delivery, the file is refunded in full — or replaced, if you would rather keep the list.

Questions about accuracy

Why "up to" 85%?

Because the rate varies by market and by how many accept-all domains a country’s businesses use. Quoting a single flat number for 250 countries would be tidier and less true.

Why will you not claim 100%?

People change jobs, domains lapse, and catch-all servers accept mail for mailboxes that do not exist. A verified address is a statement about a moment in time, which is why the date is on every row.

How do I measure accuracy myself?

Take 100 free rows and push them through ZeroBounce, NeverBounce or your ESP’s validator. We would rather you used your tool than trusted our number.

Does the refund apply to a 99% build?

Yes, on the same terms. If a 99% build bounces above 5%, we got something wrong and you should not be paying for it.
