Questions about opt-out and removal

How long does removal take?
The record is removed on receipt and the address added to suppression. If you have already received email from a buyer of ours, you should also unsubscribe from them — we cannot stop a send that has already left their system.
We cannot delete a file someone else has already downloaded. What we can guarantee is that the address will not appear in any future build, and buyers are contractually obliged to honour opt-outs.
Not usually. Emailing from the address is enough. If you are asking on behalf of someone else, tell us and we will handle it.
Yes, on the same basis. Send the number to [email protected] and it is removed and suppressed.
