About re-syncing a list
What is a re-sync?
We take a file you bought from us and run it through our seven checks again. You get it back with each row’s status and a new verification date.
Will you add new contacts?
No. A re-sync checks the people already in your file. If you want more people, that is a new order.
How often should I re-sync?
Before any campaign that uses rows older than 60 days, and after any send that bounces above 2%.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for files bought from us. Just ask.
What happens to rows that fail?
They stay in your file, marked removed, so you can see what went. Delete them before you send.
Does a re-sync guarantee the inbox?
No. It removes bad addresses. Inbox placement also depends on your domain, setup and content.
Can I re-sync a list from another provider?
Not through this service. It matches rows back to our own database. For other lists, use an independent verification tool.
Can I send a file I have edited?
Yes. Renamed columns, sorted rows and added notes are fine. Keep the email column intact so we can match it.
