coverage dashboard

Every count on this site, on one page.

Most providers publish one headline number and leave you to guess how it splits. This page reads the catalogue index directly and shows the split — by format, by market, by region — so you can see whether the market you actually sell into is well covered before you ask for a sample of it.

what is actually in the catalogue

Counted from the same file the order is cut from.

These are live counts, not a rounded marketing figure. Every number on this page is read from the catalogue index when the page loads, so a country that grew or shrank since your last visit reads differently here.

how to read this

What the numbers mean, and what they do not.

A record count is a ceiling, not a promise. Read it alongside the filters you intend to apply, because a 40M-record market can still be thin once you narrow to one role in one industry.

01

A country total is before filtering

The catalogue total counts every record we hold for that market. Filter to CFOs in manufacturing and you are working with a small fraction of it — ask for the filtered count before ordering.

read as ceiling

02

Business and consumer are separate pools

Consumer records sit in their own column and are never mixed into a B2B order. If you want them, say so; if you do not, they cost you nothing.

never mixed

03

A phone record may have no email

The phone database holds records that never carried a work address. Those rows use the eleven field slots differently — no work email, but gender, age and a postal address instead.

by design

04

Coverage is not the same as verification

Every count here is a count of records held. The share of them that passed all seven checks is a separate number, and it lives on the accuracy page.

the honest caveat

Some of these markets are small, and we would rather say so here.

The catalogue lists 250 countries because the data exists for 250 countries — not because all 250 are worth buying. The smallest files run into the hundreds of thousands of records, and once you filter by role and industry there may be very little left. Ask for the filtered count. We will tell you when the answer is “not enough to be worth $99”.

questions

Questions about coverage

How often do these numbers change?
The index is rebuilt after each monthly verification pass, which runs on the 9th, 11th or 13th. Records that fail verification leave the count; new compilation adds to it.
Because one contact can appear in more than one format. A record with both an email and a phone number is counted in the email pool and the phone pool.
Yes, and you should ask for it. Country plus industry plus role plus company size is four filters deep, and the honest answer is sometimes a number too small to be useful.
No. A well-matched 8,000-row file usually beats a loosely-matched 400,000-row one, because deliverability and reply rate both depend on relevance.
